This Postpartum Yoga class allows mothers to share their practice with their baby (newborn through age 2). We will focus on building a reconnection with your body to improve strength and energy, breathe work and relaxation through restorative and gentle yoga postures. In addition, we will work on poses to help your baby relax, improve their digestive health, and grow strong. Our hope is you will enjoy connecting with yourself, your little one and other mothers in the community.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket for your baby and a few small toys. Mothers are also welcome to come solo, if you would prefer a self-focused practice. No previous yoga experience necessary.
