Soiree in the Strip: A celebration and fundraiser for The Midwife Center

The Midwife Center is excited to announce that the second annual Soiree in the Strip will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at The Original Pittsburgh Winery!

6 PM-7 PM | VIP Reception - an intimate gathering of our best supporters. Includes a wine tasting and special hors d'oeuvres.
7 PM-9 PM | Main Event - a party featuring hors d'oeuvres and desserts, live music, 2 drink tickets, silent auction, and more in the Winery's charming and expansive Cellar.

In 2023, the first-ever Soiree in the Strip celebrated the 20th anniversary of The Midwife Center relocating to the Strip District and raised over $131,000 to ensure equitable access to TMC's services.

New this year: We will welcome guests into The Original Pittsburgh Winery's open air, street-level Tasting Room before descending into the Cellar for event programming. Guests will have access to the Tasting Room throughout the evening to enjoy the full experience that the Winery offers and connect with friends in a more intimate setting.

DiAnoia's Eatery, voted Pittsburgh's best Italian restaurant will be back with an updated menu, and the Winery will be selling limited-edition, Midwife Center-themed wine bottles benefiting TMC.

Main Event Tickets | $75

VIP Tickets | $200

VIP guests will celebrate at a special reception at 6pm, prior to the main event. Our VIP guests will enjoy a wine tasting led by the experts at Pittsburgh Winery. Tickets includes a complimentary bottle of wine with a special TMC label.

VIP Host Committee | $375

VIP Host Committee members attend the event as VIP guests. They also lend The Midwife Center their name to be listed on event promotion materials. Members are invited, but not required, to share event ideas and support the event in other ways.
