Why infant massage?

Infant massage is a great addition to the parenting toolkit! It can be used to soothe fussy babies, ease tummy troubles like gas and colic, enhance connections with baby, or just be part of a daily routine.

Who can benefit from infant massage?

Generally, babies under the age of 8 months benefit most from infant massage; ideally starting a massage routine right after birth is best!
