Prenatal Yoga Class with MaryJoanna Grisso of Peace House Yoga
August 7, 14, 21 & September 11, 18, 25 from 5:15-6:30pm. You may register for one session or multiple sessions. The six weeks will have an overall arc if you wish to attend all of them, but people are welcome to drop into classes where they can.

MaryJoanna (she/hers) began teacing prenatal yoga 5 years agao after 14 years of studying and sharing the brilliant, Indian system of yoga. Yoga has changed her life in signficantly healthy ways. Supporting pregnant students has been a joy and inspiration to MaryJoanna. She loves to empower students to understand their bodies, their choices, and their power during the epic experience of hosting and birthing a human into the world.
